I am writing to thank you for the fantastic service I received from you. Late on Monday night (14th October) I realised my headlight bulb had blown. As I work full time I thought it would be easier to look on the web for a new bulb, and found your site.
The site is easy to use and I soon found what I was looking for, or so I thought. I realised when checking the print out, after II shut my computer down for the night, that I had ordered the wrong bulb - my mistake.
The next morning (yesterday) I emailed yourselves and asked if the order could be changed before despatch. I quickly received a response, saying that this was no problem. Not long after I received another email to say it had been despatched.
The correct bulb was delivered today (Wendesday 16th), less than 36 hours after ordering it! If your service is this good for a customer spending only £3.95 - I most certainly will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
