Note:
  1. Using our Windscreen Repir kit: The effectiveness of the repair depends largely upon how long the damage has been exposed to the elements. If any dust and dirt gets into the damage, the appearance and the strength of the repair will be affected.
  2. For the best results, do not undertake repairs in the sunlight, do repairs in the shade or once you have set up, cover over with a cloth or paper to block out the sunlight, until the repair is completed, then remove and expose the windscreen to direct sunlight.
  3. Don't do the repair at night or in a rainy day!
Step1.
Clean the dust and dirt from the break with the razor blade.

Step2.
Center ring over impact point.

Step3.
A) The resin chamber is screwed into centre ring.
B) Note : The rubber mouth of resin chamber must be directly on top of the impact point.

Step4.
Adjust the resin chamber to let the rubber mouth flatten slightly on contact with the break of the glass. (Do not over tighten)

Step5.
Squeeze 5 drops of the repair resin into resin chamber.

Step6.
Screw down pressure drive to the set position which is the same as that in the photo.

Step7.
Observe whether rubber mouth has opened wide and whether repair resin has penetrated into each part perfectly and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Step8.
Unscrew pressure driver up to the set position.

Step9.
A) Check whether an air pocket remains in the break, if so, repeat steps 6,7,8 & 9.
B)
Make sure that there are no air pockets remaining in the break, and make sure that the break is “Completely Clear” if so, so go to step 10.

Step10.
Remove entire device.

Step11.
Add a drop of repair resin onto impact point and cover with the curing strip.

Step12.
Then expose the windscreen to direct sunlight for about 10 minutes.

Step13.
Remove the strip and scrape away hardened excess resin with the razor blade by holidng it at a 90o angle to the glass.

Step14.
If a blemish still remains, repeat steps 11, 12 & 13.
Step15.
Perfect repair - Piece of mind.

Examine the repaired area to see if there are any blemishes still remaining at the impact point, if a blemish still remains, repeat steps 11-12-and 13 until the repaired blemish has the same flatness and transparency as the surrounding glass – a perfect repair!
