I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service you provided recently when I palce an order with you.
I wanted to get a replacement headlight bulb for my Nissan Micra but had missed an opportunity to get one from Halfords at the weekend. I live and work in remote Oxfordshire countryside so nipping into town is not really an option during the week. But, I had the luck to find your website on Tuesday (Googling 'How to change a Nissan Micra light bulb!) and so placed an order with you for the required bulb.
I was delighted to see that your prices were nearly half those quoted at Halfords online (£4.00 versus £7.00) and that you also offered free, next day delivery, even on such a small order! I was kept well informed of the progres of my order via e-mail and it arrived, as promised, the next day. The bulb was well protected, being double wrapped in bubblewrap and it was also the correct part (always worth checking...)!

I am writing to thank you for the fantastic service I received from you. Late on Monday night (14th October) I realised my headlight bulb had blown. As I work full time I thought it would be easier to look on the web for a new bulb, and found your site.
The site is easy to use and I soon found what I was looking for, or so I thought. I realised when checking the print out, after II shut my computer down for the night, that I had ordered the wrong bulb - my mistake.
The next morning (yesterday) I emailed yourselves and asked if the order could be changed before despatch. I quickly received a response, saying that this was no problem. Not long after I received another email to say it had been despatched.
The correct bulb was delivered today (Wendesday 16th), less than 36 hours after ordering it! If your service is this good for a customer spending only £3.95 - I most certainly will be recommending you to all my friends and family.

I received my bulbs this morning (2x 433b 12v 10w Bay9 Halogens) I was unsure if they were going to fit after taking a closer look on the website, however they did. For these bulbs I have searched through every electrical based shop in the Plymouth area but to no avail, this included Halfords, Lucas etc and the closest they could give me was a 12v 6w that didn't fit. I am writing to thank you for your excellent service as my e-mail queries were answered very quickly and the bulbs came the next day as said. However I would just want to point out that after searching bulbs on the car list on your website the bulbs I purchased were not mentioned. I have a 2001 E39 BMW and the majority of these vehicles were fitted with Hella angel eyes which require a bulb like the ones I have ordered for the actual side lights or the 'angel eyes'. After speaking to a vast number of people on forums they cannot find them either, even in America. I thought it may be worth mentioning this bulb in some way on your website as you have a massive competitive advantage, I’ve been to around 40 websites and this bulb does not exist. Once again I thank you for your teams’ service I will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

am having a barbecue for people from work on Thursday so I have been tidying up the house and garden over the last week. I checked on the B&Q website - £5.00 for two bulbs, the cost of half a complete new set of lights with wiring, bulbs, transformer, lamps etc. What a rip-off, and a waste of time and resource to get the spares from our nearest town. I persevered with the search engine and found your site with compatible lamps - 501 capless 12v 5W at £5.28 for 10 including VAT, postage and packing. No need to get the car out to drive 8 miles into town either. Moreover, your website takes PAYPAL, convenient and secure, as well as credit cards.I then heard about the postal strike on Friday and possibly again on Monday. Notiwthstanding this, having placed the order with you on 29 June at 15:25, the bulbs arrived on Monday and were fitted, tested and working perfectly in good time for Thursday evening. I fitted some replacement rear lamp fittings to my 1930 Singer Junior
saloon car for the M.O.T.- but 6 volt 10w Stop/tail bulbs are not available

I would like to say how impressed I am with the service I was given by
consumabulbs.
I orderd some bulbs I needed for my motorbike ,which I have to say I could
not get them anywhere in the area where I live after trying about a dozen
outlets,so came home and tried on the internet and by chance came upon this
supplier and ordered what I wanted and a few for spares.
On the web site it mentioned next day delivery,I thought yea sure I have
heard that before,but I needen't Have worried, because within 2 days I had
recieved my Items, and that was including a "Bank Holiday" so how good is
that for service.
This suppliers also keeps you well informed as to the delivery of your
Item and it is very well packed so there is very little risk of damage on
delivery.
Well what else can I say,thanks to them being so fast my bike is now
back on the road with all lights working so all I need now is some decent

Despite having problems (of my own making, as it turned out!) with the

Re your message of 22 Feb, my local BMW dealer fitted the four H7 Silverstar car bulbs to my BMW 530d (E60 model) today and I have tried them out this evening. I am very pleased indeed with the result, a great difference and even better than I expected. This was a really worthwhile improvement. I was rather ashamed to get the dealer to do such a simple job, but the bulbs are pretty inaccessible on this E60 model (2003 and later), though it was simple on the previous E39. It took the technician at the dealer almost an hour to change the four bulbs.

Not only did you go to some trouble to check the information on your stock car bulbs to ensure they were correct but you delivered them sooner than I could have got them from a local Motorbike dealer and they were almost a third cheaper !!

Good company, good products and a very good service. Not knowing what I wanted in the way of car headlight bulbs for my Ford KA I telephoned "Consumables.com" via the help line telephone number on the web site.
I was greeted with a very helpful voice and a company who carried out everything they said they would do.
I ordered bulbs, they arrived the next morning, I fitted them and had the use of them that evening. I would have no concerns in using this company again.
